Our aim
We want people with different abilities, devices and ways of navigating to be able to use FavAcademy. We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing target. This is a target, not a certification or claim that every page currently conforms.
Current work
The legal pages use headings, labelled navigation, readable content widths and responsive layouts. Development checks include keyboard-visible focus and screen-width checks. These checks do not replace a complete assistive-technology audit or establish accessibility across the entire platform.
Known limitations and ongoing assessment
An independent site-wide conformance assessment has not been completed for the entire platform. Older content, media, complex tools or externally operated services may need further work. Caption, transcript and document-format availability can vary by resource; contact us about a specific item rather than assuming an alternative is already available.
Report an accessibility barrier
Contact the support address below and include the page URL, what you were trying to do and the barrier encountered. If helpful, tell us your browser or assistive technology; you do not need to disclose a medical diagnosis. You may request an alternative way to obtain information or complete a task.
How we respond
We will assess the request, explain available alternatives and communicate next steps. We do not promise an unverified universal remediation deadline. Urgent access problems and barriers affecting core tasks should be prioritized according to their impact.
Statement review
This statement is dated 4 October 2026. Feedback and testing will inform future revisions and a more detailed list of known issues. External providers are responsible for their own accessibility, but you can report a barrier encountered through a FavAcademy link so we can consider alternatives.
