FavAcademy is operated by FavAcademy Limited in Nigeria. Our current business location and legal contact appear below. These terms cover the public website, member learning portal and related educational services. They do not create an investment, brokerage or custody relationship.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create a member account or purchase services. Provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not transfer or share paid access without our written agreement. We may request proportionate information to investigate misuse or verify an account.
Education and responsible use
Our lessons, articles, guides, tools and coaching are for education and general information. They are not personalized financial advice, trade execution or guaranteed outcomes. You are responsible for evaluating information and seeking independent professional advice where appropriate. The Risk Disclosure explains these limitations in more detail.
Access and availability
The course or offer description must state what is included, its duration, prerequisites and any access restrictions before purchase. Not every feature shown in educational material is a paid entitlement. Temporary interruptions may occur; if we cannot provide a purchased service, the Payments, Cancellation & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer rights apply.
Prices and subscriptions
Before payment, the offer must identify the price, currency, applicable taxes or fees, billing interval and whether renewal is automatic. Recurring charges require clear authorization. You may cancel future renewals at any time; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation and refund rules are set out in the Payments, Cancellation & Refunds Policy.
Content and intellectual property
Unless a separate licence states otherwise, you may use material you are authorized to access for your own learning. Do not resell, redistribute, scrape restricted content, bypass access controls or remove ownership notices. You retain rights in your own submissions and grant only the permission reasonably needed to host, display and moderate them for the service you use. Report suspected infringement through our legal contact.
Community and conduct
Do not harass others, impersonate a person, disclose private information, upload malicious material or promote scams. Commercial relationships must be disclosed. We may restrict content or access to protect users or comply with law, taking account of the nature and seriousness of the issue. You can ask support to review a restriction. Paid-service remedies are not automatically forfeited by a restriction.
External services
Links to partners and other providers lead to independently operated services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. A listing is not a promise of suitability, safety, availability or financial performance. We disclose material sponsorship and affiliate relationships where the relevant resource is presented.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or excuses fraud, gross negligence or other liability that cannot be limited. Educational uncertainty does not remove our obligation to provide services to the standard required by applicable law. A refund or cancellation rule does not override mandatory consumer protections.
Questions, disputes and changes
Contact the legal/support address below with your account reference and a description of the issue; do not send passwords or payment credentials. We aim to resolve complaints fairly. Nigerian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory rights that apply in your location. You retain access to competent courts and regulators. Material changes will be explained before they apply; no change retrospectively removes an accrued right.
